We do not at this time have an online store and we apologize for the inconvenience but we will be glad to send you pictures via email or text to your smartphone during business hours of any pieces you are interested in.

Your pottery from Clouds Porcelain is a one-of-a-kind piece.  We use the finest white clay, high fire porcelain, for chip resistance and then fire it to nearly 2400 degrees F. to bind the colors so they will never chip or fade. It has been made and painted entirely by hand and each piece varies widely.

We use absolutely no lead or cadmium or barium in our pottery. There are no toxic chemicals used that could adversely affect you or the artists who created your piece. Lead free pottery will have more variety in the colors than leaded and it may develop a slight crackle, but you can be assured it is 100% safe to use.

All our pottery is dishwasher safe and ovenproof. We suggest that you start it in a cool oven and let it preheat with the oven. If you stain your piece, soak it overnight in straight bleach and run it through the dishwasher.

Microwaves will, over time, compromise the integrity of all pottery. We don't recommend cooking in the microwave, although gentle reheating seems to be harmless.

No pottery will survive an impact with a hard object. Porcelain will sometimes crack upon impact but hold together for a long time and mysteriously fall apart at a later date. Please don't drop your pottery!

1. Returns for exchanges or store credit only.

2. Returns must be accompanied with a receipt.

3. No returns on seconds. No exceptions!

4. Porcelain is a fragile material. Breakage after an item leaves the store is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

5. Seasonal items can only be exchanged for seasonal items of the same year.

6. Our system for tracking special orders and special requests is very complicated and costly. We once believed it was impossible to do this effectively, but we now offer it as a service to our valued customers.
Unfortunately, we cannot extend a sale price to these items if they happen to be picked up during a sale day.

7. We respectfully reserve the right to make one-of-a-kind pottery.
Our processes guarantee that we cannot match old pieces or make new lids for hand thrown pieces. We cannot control the exact size or color of the pots as they come out of the kiln.

Thank you for understanding. We realize that it is very complicated when every store has a different return policy. We wish to accommodate our customers as best as we can afford. We appreciate your patronage over the past 39 years and we look forward to many more years ahead. You have allowed us to make a living doing the work we love, and we thank you!
